Beautiful job, yours looks really nice. I deliberately didn’t spend much time “designing” my book, as I wasn’t sure if it would even be readable, but I’ll definitely try to follow your lead for my next one.

I would love an online service that would package this whole process up nicely for me, and I’ve been threatening to make it myself for a while now. If you (or anyone else who reading this) may be interested in collaborating on something like this, let me know.

Ann – You are more than welcome.

L – I actually think textbooks are the one area where the advantages of e-book readers already overshadow those of tree-books.

I bet I am not the first person to use ‘tree-books’ to distinguish paper and ink from e-books, but it still felt good. Is that already a thing? If it’s too late to coin it, can I at least be credited with popularizing? Or unpopularizing – that’d be fine too.
